I have 1 (or 2) br's available in a 4br house I own about 2 miles from campus off Lake Wheeler. It has a fenced in backyard and pets are ok....the room would currently include it's own bathroom and it's own living area on the bottom floor of the house. There are currently 2 people living there upstairs, and both are guys in their young 20's.

Rent is $325/month
