Only taken out once to check system info (used my own battery). Everything with psp (the battery, adapter, and users guide) is still in its sealed packaging inside of the original box that it came in. I also have Darkstalkers which is a capcom game for the psp (arcade style fighting). UMD stands for Universal Media Disk and is the format that all games and movies come on for the PSP.
