I need to find someone to sublease my BR for the Spring Semister and Summer if possible. I live in a 2 BR Duplex on Doulgas St off of Daisy behind Cup of Joe. Walk or ride bike to campuse distance. Looking for 1 male over 21 yrs old. Rent is $312.50 + utils (avg. $80).
