I have an extremely clean four bedroom town home that I currently live in located at 4137 Kaplan Drive which is less then a mile from NC State University's campus. The town home is currently occupied by three other NC State students, besides myself, all of which are male. You would have your own bedroom and your own bathroom on the third floor of the town home. Rent will cost you $275 a month and your other bills which include: internet, cable, water, and electricity would not cost more the $75.00 a month. Pets are allowed at the town home and your lease would last until July 31, 2007. The town home is located on the corner of Kaplan and Gorman Street which is right next to the NC State Wolfline bus stop and the City of Raleigh's bus route.
