tiger Direct can be a bit hazy with MIR's HOWEVER, the local store will honor it if for some dumb reason you get rejected.

Best advice I can give is photocopy EVERYTHING and send it certified mail, that way you can show proof of mailing it and the date it was mailed, well worth $2.30 for a $100 MIR.
