if so, have you heard their latest album?I saw it in the "new releases" at wal-mart and picked it up...i was like "Sweet, the Lost Trailers are finally hitting it big! I remember seeing those dudes play a fraternity party...even hung out with them for a few minutes after their last set."then i listened to it...and they sold out, big time. they went from their brand of roots-rock to sounding like Dierks Bentley. It's not all that bad, i guess, but it sounds nothing like them...and the lyrics are fucking lame...half the songs are trying way too hard to market themselves to the country audience.

Did you expect them not to sell out, what with having their albums in Wal-Mart of all places now?

i thought they'd still sound like the Lost Trailers

sounds like what happened to me when new found glory went mainstreat. they went from being closer to bands like saves the day to being radio-friendly pop.

i half listened to it once. swore I'd never turn it on againthen several weeks later I tried to force myself to go through every song. i made it through some, but others i couldnt take more than half of themit is flat out brutalThey have switched lead singers, not a new one, just a different guy in the band doing most of the singing. the best description I have heard of him is tim mcgraw wannabealso, w/ the exception of gravy, which is an old song, every song on this album is a poor attempt at songwritingthere's also a good review in Mavrik magazine saying they fit in nicely now w/ big and rich and gretchen wilson[Edited on November 15, 2006 at 12:10 AM.
