It's funny how guys like Ryan Leaf and other top 10 picked QBs turn to shit, but there's a couple who end up being really special like Philip. I imagine Washington State fans thought Leaf would be just as badass as we thought, and now know Philip would be. I was lucky enough to get to know him for his last two years and he signed a football that I gave to my girlfriend. If me her ever break up, that's the only present I'm taking back from her, and I'm scribbling off her name.
