We're looking for a 3rd roommate to share our current 3 bedroom house. Our current roommate decided to move in with his girlfriend, so we need to fill his room. Rent is split 3 ways ($1175 or $391/person), and is in a nice house near campus (on Sierra). Rent may be negotiable.

The house has a garage, small back yard, and a large, open living area with 20ft ceilings.

Our lease ends on Aug 31 of 2007.
