So i will be the first to admit that I have a relatively low post count to be tossing this out there. I am sure though, that I post and sell more than anyone else on TWW in classifieds.

Everyone has tried to sell something on there and had to put up with trolling, flames, and all the other random bullshit.

I am sure that Maugan does what he can to keep control of this but could ensure that with my help on the matter we could make TWW a more efficient trading forum.

I spend a very decent chunk of time (as many of u probably know) on classifieds and although I feal less moderation is better for the most part I think there needs to be a stricter policy in class.

We lose a shit ton of new users in there and (although unintentionally) send a lot of business and hits to craigslist, ebay, and wral....

btw- i know that it is necessary and occasionally fun to crack on "that n00b" who wants to get all worked up when they overprice something.

I think that if a mod would take the time to explain that they will trach their thread if they wanna do battle and ellaborate on how TWW sales work (pricing, bids, %, etc) it would hold on to some new users and promote this section of the forum

I am accesable via TWW or AIM almost all day long, check in on my classified threads (which there are almost a dozen active at them moment). I post the shit out of classifieds.

and my transition from "that kid who got pissed" to someone who posts regularly- I have a very good understanding of the way thinks work there.

i agree with gofigure on this one. i've been a pretty consistent poster in classifieds for the last 3-4 years and it's extremely rare i see a thread that needs moderation...there is an element of self moderation that you don't see in other sections.

honestly i think most that stuff is weak or even par for the course in some cases.

i can probably steer you towards a couple threads in the classifieds that truly needed moderating, but those are not it.

and normally if someone is pissed bc someone is gaying up their classifieds thread, all they have to do is pm a mod, and they take care of it with the quickness.
