sumter squares 3 bed rooms have 'em, maybe some of the other sizes too.http://www.sumtersquareapartments.com/photos.aspalthough i lived in one of their townhouses. its pretty close to crossroads, about halfway between there and the grocery store shopping complex on western blvd called Plaza West.i didn't have a balcony while there, but i liked the ones on my friends places who lived there, so when i moved to chapel hill i got a place with a balcony b/c of my past enjoyment of them at sumter square.[Edited on November 8, 2006 at 9:35 PM. apparently the ivy chase fire may have started on the balcony... you may want to cross that off your list
11/10/2006 12:44:06 PM
I don't think any Priess properties have utilities included though.

11/10/2006 1:15:04 PM

from what i was told, its like illegal to cook on a balcony, unless its on the first floor and you can actually cook outside the balcony
11/10/2006 1:48:33 PM
it is illegal. doesn't mean someone won't do it.
