Okay, here's the deal:95 Honda del Sol, 152k, 1.5l SOHC, manual, ebay CAI. Runs great, just slow, needs an H22A swap . One cool wet morning, car doesn't start. Turns strong, just no start. Had to get my wife to drive me to work. Sucked, so I tried it after work, car starts right up like it never had a problem. I chalk it up as "weird wild stuff" and forget about it. Until this morning.Cool wet morning, car *barely* starts. Is this a wet-weather thing keeping it from starting? Where do I "start"? loloh yeah, this car doesn't ever get gas at startup, just clutch press and turn key, so it can't be a flooding scenario.

Check your headlight fluid, sometimes it can leak into the transmission.

check cap, rotor, and wires

sounds like water in the distributor cap

kinda sounds like a main relay too, id be more sure of that if it was august and it was doing this on really hot days. like others have said, go ahead and replace the cap/wires and spark plugs (you dont need any special plugs, not even platinum) and then go from there.
