Looking to rent out a room in my 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath house off of Capital right outside the beltline. Takes about 10-12 minutes to get to campus.

Would prefer a female, never had luck living with a guy but might make an exception...Finished attic/poker room, home gym (weight system), deck, home bar. Great neighborhood, big ass pool, clubhouse. Would have your own bathroom and I even have some furniture (bed/dresser) if you dont have your own.

$450 a month for everything (rent, gas, elec, water, internet, cable, pool use etc)
