Couldn't find the "official" thread but I wanted to start with this:"Opening comments about playing NC State this week.Groh: In NC State this week, we play a team that is the most dangerous team that we've played on a one-play at a time basis, or the most one-play explosively dangerous team that we've played in all three phases. They are a very constant threat on every special teams play. They can change the game on any one play. They have a long history of blocking punts; this year they've blocked three."I've been to every game except Wake this year, can anyone tell me when these punt blocks were?

I can't remember us blocking a single one...unless they were later in the USM game because I quit watching. http://www.thewolfweb.com/message_topic.aspx?topic=440106&page=1#9474741

Yeah, but I'm so accustom to hearing UVA that I didn't search for Virginia. (My roomie is from Charlottesville)

I'm pretty sure we blocked 2 in one game...either App, Akron or Southern Miss

I think I remember 1, don't know which game though. And I don't know if it was a punt or a FG.I remember a graphic last year that only VT had blocked more kicks than us over the last 5 years, but that might not be true anymore.

If we don't win this one we don't deserve another win

yeah, those 2 are the only blocked punts so far. We tend to rough the kicker more than we block punts.

I believe that the last time we've won up there was in 1994 - the dark days of O'Cain. That place is cursed.

we have been playing from behind in all the games except for App
