assuming its in good condition, this is a good deal... I bought a '97 of the same model 3 years ago and i have about the same miles now and it has been a great car.

it's been a great car for us. we would have kept it easily 5 more years, but w/ a baby we needed a bit more room. we haven't had any problems with it and most miles are highway. It's my wife's car and she's taken super care of it. we even had lifetime alignment (free alignments that we had done every 2-3 oil changes) since 1998.
