Ericsson T29 -> Sony Ericsson T68 -> Siemens S56 -> SE T616 -> SE S710a ->
Imate Jam (HTC Wizard) -> SE W810i

Did the PDA phone thing for a little bit but was too cheap to get a data plan to get full use out of it...back to a normal phone

What have you had?

My first cell phone was a Tandy that I got in 1995. It was about the size of a normal cordless phone handset. It's so old, I couldn't find a picture of it.

Had that till '99 when I got a Nokia 282. At the time, this was one of the smaller phones around.

Had that for about 2 years and got a 3310, which i kept until a year ago.

got my current phone about a year ago, a motorola v551.

I had the i930 for like a week and a half so I did not count it. I could not stand that phone.

Nokia 3595
first phone, got it for free 3 years ago, still have it. nothing fancy, but great battery life and signal/call quality.

Motorola V220
owned for 1 month, lightweight, but camera sucked ass. sold it on ebay.

Motorola V551
owned for 2.5 months, easily the worst phone i've ever operated in my life. kinda heavy, terrible camera, horrible reception. this phone also made me realize how much i hated flip phones.

Sony Ericsson T637
very light, good battery life, decent camera, made me fall in love with SE phones. been my backup phone for 1.5 years.

Sony Ericsson S710a
great camera, but swivel design kinda made punching numbers a chore. plus didn't support memory stick pro duo's (max could take was 128MB). owned it for 1 year.

Sony Ericsson W810i
brand new purchased 2 months ago. this phone rocks. lightweight, 2.0MP camera, walkman music player, and great battery life. best phone ever.

Cheapo prepaid -> Samsung A900 Blade

Cingular service, "SERO" Employee Referral rate plan. $30/month for 500 anytime, nights/weekends after 7, no roaming or long distance, and unlimited EVDO highspeed. I use it with my laptop via bluetooth, gets around 70-80k down most of the time.

First phone was an ATT prepaid nokia. Can't remember the model number. Maybe it was a Nokia 3120? I had that at one point.

When I first went with Cingular, I had an LG C1300. After a while, I got the motorola V220. When that broke, cingular sent me the Nokia 6230.

Switched to sprint last month, and I have an LG VX350. Tried the Nokia 6165i, and the Samsung a640. My sister has the 6165i, and swapped out the 640 for another LG VX350 for my mother.

I liked the 6230 best.

Nokia 5165 -> Nokia 3310 -> Motorola V60 -> Audiovox POS -> LG 5550 -> Motorola V265

Damn thats pretty sad. Never got a new phone just to get a new one. I miss my Nokia 3310 but parents moved to Alltel and I had to get a new phone. LG was a good phone but died.

Started with the plain black talkabout Motorola moved to the T720, it fucked up got a new T720 that one fucked up got a new T720, finally got an Audiovox Camera Phone now that the charger doesnt want to work I temporarily used an old Motorola V60i but have moved to the Motorola RAZR V3c

BTW: my dad was still using his Motorola Star-tac, I just gave him the V60i so he will use that....I believe the Star-tac was before it's time, that thing is tiny for when it came out, and the V60i was so reliable....and stylish
