So a buddy of mine hit someone, and the damage was under $1800 so his insurance didn't go up.I think he hadn't ever been in an accident so it didn't count against him.I can't remember what company hes with, but is this single < $1800 get-out-of-jail threshold mandated by state law, or is it just offered by a certain company(s)[Edited on October 17, 2006 at 8:23 PM.
