On ESPN's website it says the game is on "Gameplan". Does that mean I'll be able to get satellite coverage up here in NYC?

All Raycom Lincoln Financial games are on Gameplan. If you have gameplan (or find a bar that does) you can watch it.

I live in NY as well....long island actually but I go into the city for the games.
