If anyone's gonna take BUS 340 ... DO NOT take Fowler ... she's ridiculous. Her teaching methods are out of date as in it's all slide shows that are lame and not that interesting ~ her homework (as in her case studies for her mandatory portfolio) has nothing to do with what she teachers. She goes over defenitions and things that we can find in the book ourselves in class, yet expects us to be able to create spread-sheet formulas and make graphs that she DOES NOT cover in class. A woman sent from a very very bad place to hurt and torment us with her projects that she probably worked on in Grad School

DUDE, i say TAKE Fowler. She scares you initially with this whole "digital portfolio" thing, but its a pice of cake. You have to turn in like 10 cases to complete the portfolio, but each are about a page long and take barely 20 minutes to do. Also, she grades those really easy (i didn't lose a single point on any of em and barely put any effort into it).
Her tests are exactly like the study guide she gives you, making it really easy to score some good points. So heres my take, show up to class, fall asleep, get attendance points, put in just a little work throughout the semester, and get an A.

the class isn't that exciting...the powerpoints do suck but hey, you should be used to it by now taking business classes!

its an easy A, just go to class etc.
