The undergraduate tutorial center is in Ricks Hall Addition. Phone 515-3163. Individual tutors can be requested and are free of charge to students. Because the UTC has limited resources, requests for individually assigned tutors will end on OCTOBER 11. If you need/want an individual tutor, you need to sign up now. There will be other types of tutoring available after that but not in the format of an individual person assigned to work with you.

Mcrae is awesome. Guy's gotta be 105 by now, one of my fav. profsTake my word for it: a 50 on an exam will magically become at least an 80. 30 point curves are nothing in that course. Once I got a 68 and ended up w/ a 103

I don't know about back, but since I learned of this deadline for requesting individual tutors this morning, I thought I would share it and the thread seemed appropriate. If anyone needs my help, you can come over to my house: http://www.ncsu.edu/advising_central and I or one of my advisers will help you. Use the Ask The Pack button to find an answer, email an adviser or chat with us through our chat system.

Math department tutoring center (Harrelson 244) info: http://www.math.ncsu.edu/mmc/tutoring.htmlIt's sometimes busy, but free is hard to beat.If you want one-on-one help from a math grad student and don't mind paying for it (typically $25-30/hour), here's a list of folks that tutor privately. Try to find someone who has taught this class, though, as it's very different from most lower-level courses.http://www.math.ncsu.edu/mmc/tutorinfo.html
