thx omar. i got 2 flat tires in the last 2 weeks (one after just buying a new set of 4 ) plus i'll be travelling a lot for a new job so i'm thinking about getting AAA. who else has it?
5/1/2007 9:01:41 PM
Probably most people. Like NCSUWolfy said, you use it once and you'll be really glad you have it. Plus you can get discounts a lot of places, free passport photos and maps, and you can use it even if it's not your car that breaks down.

my mom got me triple a like a month agoi feel so much more bad ass for having it

5/1/2007 10:07:32 PM
us too
5/1/2007 10:12:43 PM
they need members only jackets
5/1/2007 10:15:02 PM
i had serious car problems a couple of months ago, and they towed me for free at least 4 times in one month. Would have been really expensive to have to pay for all that!Plus when I got a speeding ticket in November, I got a lawyer for it and AAA wrote me a check for legal reimbursement for $100. Definitely worth the cost of membership right there.

I've got AAA Plus (Gold Card)--because they'll tow 100 miles for free. It's so worth it.
5/1/2007 11:27:43 PM
No joke - you'll usually save more than the membership cost the first trip you take anyway

I stopped having AA when they left my mom sit in a parking lot at 10 at night for 2 frikin hours. They suck, AAA dispatches of trucks are alwasy on the bottom rung, I got sick of waiting 2 hours for a damned tow, i can replace a tire, people have cellphones, and if you got 2 brain cells to rub together you got a friend or relative with a duplicate key.

I don't know about AAA, but USAA is really nice for roadside assistance and many other things.
