for not fucking us on the last play.
9/24/2006 3:19:06 AM
refs hooked us up, or at least didn't fark us over, the whole gameGG REFS
9/24/2006 3:20:12 AM
the no-call on a bc late hit packaged with a called ncsu late hit of the exact same nature was borderline farking us over, but it's all good in the hood.
9/24/2006 3:22:34 AM
Also, the toe was IN on the left sideline earlier in the 4th, but WHATEV.
9/24/2006 3:24:38 AM
upon review. it was actually incomplete.
9/24/2006 3:24:42 AM
Upon review, the score of Game 7 should've been 4-1.

this should say thanks Boston College's dumbass coach for not kickin a field goal and going up 8 instead turning the ball over on downs like an idiot playing PS2 or something
9/24/2006 3:42:51 AM
^i think going for it is what you should do there. it keeps the clock running even with change of posession. It also seals the win if you get 3 yards. Your kicker missed an extra point. If he misses again then they get 7 more yards back. Also kickoff returns are very dangerous. if he does make the FG then there would be a kickoff OBV. so 3 yards for the win. i think it was a good call.GO PACK
9/24/2006 10:12:27 AM
^especially since it seemed like they had an automatic 3-4 yards every time they rushed on us in the 4th. I knew the game was over at that point. fuck what a win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
9/24/2006 10:18:17 AM
he didnt wanna kick it bc he didnt want us to score off of a blocked kick...he didnt think our offense was good enough to go down the field and score a TD
9/24/2006 10:53:39 AM
their kicker missed 2 extra points last week against byu too

9/25/2006 12:15:05 AM
Not sure why the ref even mentioned indispustable evidence - you only need indipustable evidence to overturn a call, not to have a call stand.Refs: "We were hoping for some degree of uncertainty so we could overturn it and screw you, but there was indisputable video evidence, so you guys luck out"
9/25/2006 12:33:09 AM
I like how they reviewed the play right away at the end of the game when WE score. But when Akron "scores" they sprint off the field.
9/25/2006 12:36:09 AM
^the whole system is bs anyway. what is indisputable? what if it looks more like he caught it than he didnt catch it but you ruled it not a catch? every conf seems to do it differently and it has ruined the game in general. then when you have a play at the end they dont even use it. gtfo review
9/25/2006 12:39:17 AM
^^the akron TD ended the game.there were still 8.5 seconds left in ours after the TD, of course the refs didn't run off the field. they had to finish the game.[Edited on September 25, 2006 at 12:39 AM. Reason : ^]

I was jumping up and down with everyone else for about 15 secs, then I thought "oh no they're going to review it". Then I thought "on no we're NC State". Put em both together and you're usually screwed.

You probably couldnt see it if you were at the game, but on tv it was hilarious. He said 'The North Carolina Head C.....'Then he realized what he did and he got a smirk on his face and corrected himself.i LOL'd

Thanks Refswe're even
9/25/2006 10:46:05 AM
nope not even, they didn't even review the akron play. And there was not indisputable proof to overturn it, just like there wasn't indisputable proof to overturn Dunlap's catch in the 4th quarter that would have given us first and ten at the 35. It surprises me that that this is apparently difficult to understand, maybe some people just don't know what indisputable and inconclusive mean and are too proud to look it up.[Edited on September 25, 2006 at 10:55 AM. 9/25/2006 10:54:46 AM
personally i was expecting an offensive pass interference call when dunlap held out his right arm to feel for the defender. was surprised when a flag wasn't thrown.
9/25/2006 12:02:06 PM
9/25/2006 12:31:08 PM
then we aren't talking about the same two plays. Dunlap was ruled out on the first replay I'm talking about, because there was "no indisputable evidence" to overturn it. Same scenario with the catch in the endzone, there was "no indisputable evidence" to say it was incomplete.
9/25/2006 3:35:02 PM
^ correct. whereas both plays were similar the calls on teh field were different and they both stood
9/25/2006 4:38:16 PM
we should have a seperate forum called "Blame Refs" cause yall sure like to blame them for every lose no mater if it is by 50pts.... It has gotten so damn old....
9/25/2006 4:40:10 PM
Dunlap had possession long enough in the endzone. The call was correct.I still think his toe was in on the play earlier in the quarter (based on what you could see leading up to where view gets blocked) but you couldn't get a good look at it and it was damn close so I understand.
