That is a ridiculous workout. If I wanted to get my bench higher, I'd definitely give it a shot. I think I maxed out for my weight about a year ago. All maintenance now.

^max out your weight and now you are just going for maintenance??if you've already benched your body weight, there is no reason you shouldn't be able to bench around 125-150% of your body weight.
