Gamecat, I can't really bitch about how they are allocated based on that graph alone.For instance, something like the Bridge no Nowhere would be counted in that graph, but probably not in a category easily linked to pork barrel spending. It is an interesting visual aid, but it is hard for me to attack specific points on it without further knowledge. Also, it is a 1 year % change, which says nothing about the trends. Perhaps a certain program got an enormous, one-time project financed last year and now has returned to normal levels, even though it appears to be a major decrease in funding.

^^ True, but they are lumping DoD with Homeland Security, large chunks of DoJ, and big slices of the State Department as well.
