I need TWW help...

I'm helping someone who has 12 or so domains registered at Dotster that need to be transferred to Yahoo Hosting. The hosting account is set up and working, and I've made all the Nameserver changes to the Dotster domains, but I'm not sure what to do on the Yahoo end to add the index.html page or create the directory.

I've done this previously with guidance, but with Yahoo and Dotster I can't really figure it out. Does anyone know what I need to do to either A) keep the domains at Dotster, but utilize the Yahoo Hosting or B) transfer the domains to the Yahoo Hosting account.

I don't mind paying to get the issue resolved, getting it done asap is the top priority.

chair-a-table.com is one of the domains at Dotster, but clearly it shows the DNS is pointing to Yahoo.
