you really should buy the book for the courseit is a review manual and will tell you everything that oneal teachesthe practice problems come straight from the review manualalso, buy a copy of the forumla book so you can practice using it, there are many problems that can be solved just by knowing where the formula is in the book

dont sit through the course. I did, and it didnt help. Also dont listen to what others say. I gotta 45 and didnt pass and I had heard that anything in the mid 40s would pass. I didnt study because I figured since I knew about half of the material covered I would get around a 50 depending on how much the sections were weighted towards what I knew. I would suggest not going to the review session, and actually studying like a real test. Buy the study guides and study. I didnt do that, but most of my buddies did and I know two of them passed.

Sit through the course. I did, and it did help. I studied because I figured even though I knew some of the material covered in the class, there were a lot of topics I wasn't familiar with and depending on how much the sections were weighted towards what I knew, I may or may not pass. I would suggest going to the review session as well as studying a real test. Review the practice problems and pay attention to simple strategies for narrowing answer choices. Most of my buddies who attended the class with me and put forth a bit of effort passed.
