I'm looking to rent my 2 bedroom duplex 1 block from campus. This house is awesome and has served some good time...but I graduate in December and need to break the lease. This is not a sub-lease. You would be starting a new 12 month lease with the company. The house is right across from NCSU library...SO CLOSE! My roommate and I have kept the place in good condition and are sad to leave...but it's time to move on. Move-in is Dec. 1 but is negotiable.
