It's very stretchy so I bought a medium I think? Also, the top ties around the neck so it's adjustable there too...and the skirt is free flowing so it's not formfitting.

I'd be willing to bet it would fit anyone from a size 3 to a size 16. You're welcome to take a look at it in person if you wish.
