picking up blind chicks?

I would probably suggest a school for the blind as street scouting could be difficult

Home Depot has wood ones but won't cut them to custom sizes...the faux wood ones can be cut.

Talk to Denise at Lowe's on Glenwood avenue. Very helpful.

Just make sure to measure according to their spec sheet.

Also you can always remove blinds if they are too long, but obviously you can't do anything about the width of them.

Normally its best to try and steal them from late position, preferably on the button.

Like everyone has said, Lowes.

The rents just got some wood blinds that they cut there.

Lowes or Home Depot will cut the blinds to width for free in about 5 minutes. You remove slats from the bottom and trim the strings to make them shorter when you install them.

I bought some from Lowes with the wide slats made out of plastic. To me, they looked very similar to real wood blinds but were cheaper. Lowes cut them to to width. They fit perfectly inside the window casings.

What about windows... I need to replace pretty much all the windows in my house and have no clue where to begin. I heard HD/Lowes were overpriced for this service.
