I was just seeing if there was anyone out there who might be looking for a place to stay for the spring semester. 2 or 3 people wanted.

Its a house in the tryon pines neighborhood off of tryon rd. Right across the street from the RGA golf course. 7 min from main campus and 5 to centenial. Theres a yard (but no animals, sorry), deck, garage, washer/dryer, and fridge already there. Nice place in a pretty quite neighborhood with good location. Rent would be 325 per person if i got 3 people or 425 dollars per person if i got 2. That doesnt include utilities. Looking for males or females...fairly clean, a little responsible....dont really care what you do, just dont bring trouble over.

Anyways i was just seeing if there would be any interested people

I will talk to the landlord, but i am pretty sure they said no cats. Sorry about that. If there is some reason why your cat wont come with you, then let me know. Ill ask for you though.
