I have one room still for rent this semester in Trailwood Hills. The house is really nice and the neighborhood is pretty neat (the pool is close to the house too). The house is a three bedroom with a two car garage. The only thing necessary for the roommate to bring is bedroom materials, everything else is furnished.

Rent is $400 a month, everything included.

There are already two female roommates. No dogs or cats, please.

I know someone needs a nice room!!!!!
