If anyone needs liverock for their saltwater aquarium the store on Peace Street, next to Jersey Mikes, is selling it for $3-$4 per lb. Aqua Escape was the name but it is changing.

That place might as well be a furniture store as often as it changes owners.

^If I drag my ass over there and find out that as usual they have zero in decent or any stock...

there are some nice fish, but not a lot of them because they have taken down one wall and are rebuilding it. Lots of nice coral.

^What about bubble tip anemones? I just got a gorgeous one but it's too ginormous for my tank and I think I want to return it.

last time i was there the rock was really shity and covered with aiptasia (sp? ...sorry, been out of it for a little while)

The name changed to Reef Science 2 weeks ago. I have not seen any aptasia. I did not see any bubble tip anemone.

the two brothers should have never sold it. couldn't understand half of what they said for the first couple months but they were good guys.
9/7/2006 10:06:23 PM

11/21/2016 7:54:14 PM
I have a 60 gal cube and a 120 gal
11/22/2016 7:42:39 PM
Awesome. I just picked up a 5g Fluval Evo reef tank. Baby steps... I plan on building out the coral some more and eventually adding a Goby and a shrimp or two...might add a nicer light if needed. [Edited on November 22, 2016 at 9:19 PM. Reason : ]

My pleasure!I'm currently doing top-offs with distilled water. Figure that can't do much hard assuming there isn't any copper in the water...

a piece of the ocean in your own home.

Cool! I don't have one, but I enjoy going in the fish stores and looking at the saltwater tanks. Someday maybe. For now I'll just stick to freshwater.
