I'm a 20 year old female staying in a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse and i need someone to rent out the other bedroom and private bath. Rent is $300 + 1/2 utillities which would come out to ~$400 a month. It's a really nice house in a quiet neighborhood with a nice sized kitchen, living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms.
