I have one: That's not a hell of a lot of information.

lol, No shit man...you know news casters."We have a big story...it is exclusive...there is major news...ok we'll get back to that in a bit, now for more pictures of squirrels on motorcycles"

apparently the 12 arrested were using cell phones and passing them around amongst each other

Sounds more like a false alarm again, huh?

Don't they tell you a couple times to cut off the cell phones during take off?I guess it would look a bit suspicious, but I bet they just didn't bother to heed that advice.

maybe they were playing multiplayer tetris on their phones and had to pass the phone from one player to the next

so for these people, who are actually doing suspicious activity, they handcuff them and let them continue on their flight. but the man who was praying was removed from his flight. yep, that makes sense.

Did you miss where the flight returned to the airport escorted by fighter planes?[Edited on August 23, 2006 at 2:47 PM. Reason : .]

^^^I thought the praying guy's flight hadn't even taken off yet. Maybe I'm wrong. What would you want them to do? Just go ahead and put him on the plane in cuffs? This is a silly comparison if initial reports are true anyway. In this case they were already in the air and decided to turn the plane around and inconvenience all the passengers.

That was the classic "make a stupid comment before brainwork" post that some people around here are known for. What did you think they did to the muslim...toss him out of the plane mid flight?
