I can return it for $35, I just don't want to go through the hassle.

Thats a damn good deal on ebay....you should probably buy it cause others on ebay don't go as cheap, they are in the $40 range.

Most importantly, If someone offers me $35.....I can get it to them within 2 hours....thats the beauty of NOT buying off ebay...
