Been working out (alternating lifting/running) heard some people go to the sauna afterwards...is it good to do this?

i dont go go a sauna, but i have a steam shower at my condo. it really relaxes me after I work out, and makes my muscles feel better and lese tense

i would think the sauna would do the same

sauna is incredible after a workout, definitely a good idea. Like iceplaya said, just make sure you drink some water and keep it to 10-15minutes

i like the sauna after swimming, helps get rid of the funky chlorine smell (then shower)

i do occasionally, if you have built up toxins it makes you sweat even more to release them, but like everyone says - stay hydrated.
