Yes , it should have been tested but it takes alot of man power to constantly monitor battery changes. Its not rocket science, Li-Ion has been out for awhile.Sony fucked up, and Dell didnt catch it until it was deployed.[Edited on August 16, 2006 at 9:07 PM. Reason : .]
