My landlord has two guys lined up to move in, but we need a fourth roomie and I'd prefer it to be a girl. The unit is on the third floor, so very safe and we get a breeze, plus heat rises so it's cheap for us in the winter. Rent is $255 plus 1/4 utlities. We prefer quiet college students, no raging drunkards. Small cage pets and fish are allowed if clean and well taken care of. PM me for more details and the landlord's contact info.
