Isn't that the place that plays really shitty music?
8/11/2006 11:07:51 AM
because the emo dudes with their ironic nissan sentras will be needing those spaces after five
8/11/2006 11:24:04 AM
wow that is fucking steepi'm not sure if people will be jumping to pay higher prices so they can park farther away and have to move their car before 5.
8/11/2006 11:28:12 AM
yeah i think you'll have to lower it to $100 to get people interested unless they can leave it there all day/overnight
8/11/2006 11:30:02 AM
even $100 is steepa campus pass costs $275 for an entire year and you can park all day every day for that whole yearthis one is essentially $300 for a year and w/ limited parking times

No one besides a freshman would consider your spots, anyone more senior can get at worse a west lot pass for way cheaper, and if your a junior or higher you get decks. Nevertheless, what sucks for you is that freshman can pay about 300 a semester for an all day/night spot right next to the Brewery. It sucks that you guys are so hard up for $ that you have to sell spots for your place during the day, I use to <3 your place so much. Lower the rate to 150 a year and I will turn in my grad student spot.

Parking at the YMCA lots was far more than $150 per semester and it was definitely further away... I don't think that their rates are all that absurd. They're much better than ValPark right next door, anyway.
8/12/2006 12:40:04 PM
not if you have classes after 5
8/12/2006 7:15:56 PM
You can park in the lot next door to The Brewery for $300/semester for the same hours. They have sold spaces at The Brewery for years. I actually lowered the prices from what they used to sell them for.

8/14/2006 11:27:33 PM
maybe you guys should try paving the parking lot before trying to charge people for parking
8/15/2006 12:40:24 AM
have you seen the Val park next to it? that shit is just rocks and mud
8/15/2006 1:27:22 AM
has anyone else seen that blue 88 oldsmobile cutlass supreme that is always parked up there?
8/15/2006 1:32:44 AM

Thanks TheBrewery! Most people charge between $250 and $300 for a guaranteed spot. Though I don't need it I believe a lot of people are appreciative. That's a great deal.

8/18/2006 10:39:37 AM
^ and that's not a guaranteed spot either. That's pretty much a raffle ticket unless you part in one of the lots and ride in. $150 per semester is damn good especially considering you KNOW you'll have a spot everyday.

yeah campus always tries to sell me E permits which suck. i'd rather just take my bus to a park and ride and do the same thing for free.
