So I bought a 1 gb digital card today for my DC-T50 digital camera (gateway) and when I put the card in and turn on my camera it says "this card can not be used" is it a defective card and I should take it back? Or would the card's make not work with my camera? It's a A-data speedy secure digital card.

this page says it is only compatible with cards up to 512MB

um im pretty sure my brother has a 1gb card for his and we have the same camera
