i got a Rheem unit. it makes an awful noise after its done cycling and also when everything is silent about once a week it will rumble my entire condo. now the damn thing is making a noise similar to my dryer all day long. i turned it off and now I'm dying . . . . IT'S HOT AS 2 RATS BWNING IN A WOOL SOCK NOW. MIAMI HEAT IS TERRIBLE WITH NO A/C !!!!!!!!!!!



suggestions . . . ?

called an A/C repair company. it's $89 just to come out and then they'll tell me what's wrong with it.


i read on the A/C unit to check the filter. i pulled it out and it's filthy. it's never been cleaned EVAR !!! i'm hoping that's the problem. this A/C unit is massive. it seats in its own closet. hopefully this doesn't cost major buckage.


the filter thing is drying now . . . i just washed it. i'll keep you sons of b!tches posted.

^ nothing ever came of it. we're building our friendship again if that means anything. not sure if its going to go anywhere are not. she was my gf for 3.5 years BTW. we broke up about a year ago, but we're still in each others lives . . . so it's sort of weird.
