You can't argue that it was VERY VERY VERY stupid of her to be walking home under these variables:

1 - It was NYC
2 - It was 2 am
3 - She is a girl
4 - She was alone
5 - She was drunk
6 - She was dressed provocatively

That's doesn't mean that she wanted to be raped. It is stupid to even say that; I mean, who wants to be raped? When people makes comments, such as O'Reilly, which are interpreted as "she was asking to be raped", what they mean is "she made a very stupid decision to act in such a manner under those circumstances".
