Has anyone tried this? I have DUN enabled on the phone, and I try dialing #777 through the Bluetooth DUN COM port on my computer. The phone dials the number, and while dialing displays “Calling 3G 1X Data” as if it were working. It then displays "Connected as data modem to <Computer's Bluetooth Name>". After 2 seconds the phone hangs up and Windows gives Error 678- The remote computer did not respond. I’ve double-checked, and I know this is the correct number for Sprint. I’ve used it in the past with a different phone and Datapilot.

because you sure are contributing to this thread jackass-hypocrite. do you want me to dig through your posts to find when you've made jokes in legitimate threads? (and i don't even really think this was much of a joke, more just how i read the thread topic to begin with)
8/1/2006 8:00:09 PM
right - if you couldn't understand what the post was trying to say you should have clicked back to chit chat - what is your point again? you can't read?
8/1/2006 8:01:44 PM
jesus, i didn't have much of a point in the post, you guys are just overreacting. so what, i didn't know what DUN stands for. i was having a little bit of fun. the guy still got his help. what does it matter?
8/1/2006 8:05:49 PM

8/1/2006 8:51:35 PM
the guy was commenting on the word dun. why you gotta give him a hard time.[Edited on August 1, 2006 at 8:53 PM. Reason : who cares if he doesn't know what it stands for. that wasn't his point]
