So is posting in Old School based on length of time or post count or what?

i was just curious. i've seen some people who've been here alot less than me but can post. My post count is low because I hardly ever post that often. I didn't think I would be considered "Old School" since I've only been on since 12/02 but I know some of these people after me shouldn't be considered Old School.
