I need a roommate in a 1000 sq.ft. 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath apartment on Kildaire Farm Rd just off Cary Pkwy. We already have a TV and couches and need someone who will pay the rent and 1/3 of utilities and doesnt mind my bf's parakeet. We have wireless internet & cable and the complex has laundry facilities. There's no crime here because we are seconds from the police department and we are also near a large shopping complex, a Blockbuster, Goodberry's, the post office, and Cary Towne Center. It's only 5-7 minutes from campus and water/sewage is included with the rent, $610 a month (you pay 1/3rd). The complex allows all pets except for cats and dogs without a deposit. It's a great apartment complex and any maintenance request we've had has been fixed within a day. Please PM or email me if you're interested.
