It's been my experience that while you can remove most, if not all spyware/adware/malware, it's usually not worth the effort. In these cases I normally just backup data and reformat the infected machine. It usually take less time and causes less headaches. Systems normally run better when you're done as well.

Well this is the computer at work, so only IE.I have Avant at home, but no virus there.I'm really looking forward to having our "admin" guy reload my machine. He'll get on his high horse about surfing at work.
