Hey guys,

My gf is looking for a one bedroom apartment in Raleigh or Cary. Any good ideas? There's so many its hard to sift through them all so recommendations would be much appreciated.

Off of Harrison Ave in Cary are some great apartments. I live there currently. Right near a greenway that connects to Umstead. Walking distance to the grocery store. Super convenient location. PM me if you want any details.

i've done some wolfweb searching

so far near campus i've heard kensington park, pine knoll, and ivy commons

kensington park is like 900 sq which is huge for a one bedroom, ivy commons seems like the best neighborhood, and pine knoll sounds kinda cheap but i've never really heard of them or been there before

also thought about sumter square but its kinda farther away than i want

as of about two weeks ago there are no 1BR apartments open at ivy commons

yeah we almost moved in there last summer but they said it wouldnt be til dec...do you think if i did it now they'd have a spot open in december?

December would be your best bet, we applied for one like a whole year in advance for an august move-in, and we still had to move here one month early in july to get the aprt.

i found a good ass 2 bedroom place for 520 a month...i kinda want to get that, but it'd end up over 600 a month after utils

I live in Hidden Oaks now, so far so good... she can stop by and look if she wants... I pay 545 have a walkin closet, huge bathroom, and I like it.

I live in Oak Hollow around maynard and harrison and 1 bedrooms arent bad. I am paying $545 for 860sq ft. and that includes pet rent.

my cousin lives there, and complains about the drug deals that happen in the apt next to him. he also has run into problems in the parking lot. watch out.

Yo DANNY! haha, where have you been!? Harrison Grande Apatments in Cary were nice. I lived there a few years ago in a one bedroom and it wasn't too expensive.
