Alex Rodriguez. God, those asshole Yankees fans won't get off his case. He was the MVP last year and now no matter what he does he can't get ANY respect.. He's a stand up guy too and still no one likes him.. Typical Yankee fickleness.

i like A. Rod. what was up with all those idiot fans that voted Jeter the most overrated player in sports/baseball? even the journalists that hate the Yankees were saying that was just absurd. fuckers are just jealous.

not a yankee fan, but he does have the most errors of all third basemen in baseball right?

hes also already had a few more errors than he had all of last season right?

granted its not his position hes playing, but still.

Scottie Pippen as evidenced by the fact that they slobbed Jordan's knob even when Pippen was having his jersey retired.

Yankees fans are whiny bitches - just shut up and let A-Rod play. He can't hit a damn HR every night.

As for under-rated athletes, how about Bobby Abreu - isn't he the poster boy for underrated baseball players.

That players poll reeked of jealousy. The Top 3 were ALL New York players with huge contracts. One of them won the AL MVP in 2005, one of them has more World Series wins then any other player active (I think.), and the other is a NL MVP candidate in 2006..

All I know is that some messageboard dickbag was like "STILLMAN DOESN'T DO ANYTHING" when he was in the top 20 in the league in scoring.

i'm jumpin on the bandwagon and saying floyd landis. what dude's doing is impressive, but he probably won't get out from behind armstrong's shadow.

Actually after thinking about it....

Gotta be Garrett Anderson. Puts up a .300 BA and 100 RBIs just about every year and gets no credit.
