Just to recap:

Quinn gets suspended out of nowhere for no apparent reason.
Quinn gets unsuspended because some mod was nice enough to realize this.
Quinn posts the above picture of Kobe Bryant.
Quinn gets suspended again out of nowhere.

It just makes no sense whatsoever, unless the mod who banned him the second time has a deep-seeded hatred of Kobe Bryant or the Los Angeles Lakers.
