my living arrangements for the fall have imploded, if you find a place for me to live i will give you $50

here's what i'm looking for:
a one or two bedroom apartment/house/townhouse/whatever
monthly rent as close to $500 as possible, the lower the better
a roommate who isn't a piece of shit, i don't care if the roommate is male or female
i'd prefer a non-smoker but it isn't that big of a deal
i don't mind pets as long as they shit outside
a neighborhood with as few crackheads and break-ins as possible
general location doesn't matter as long as i can get to campus in a reasonable amount of time

i need to move the first week of august

^^yea good luck getting a place at ivy commons...they started calling us when they wanted us to sign a paper to see if we are renewing our lease b/c they had a waiting list that was really long

check out some places on thea lane. near athens drive h.s. at the end of kaplan. lots of places turn over there all the time and they are cheap. may need to find a roommate on your own though...

Try driftwood manor... Wolfline, pool, quiet area, 2 miles from campus, and all for 500-700 a month... depending on which apartment you get.

600 will get you 1100 SqFt. , 2 bed, 1.5 bath.

If you can find a roommate, try Trinity Commons. Can get a fairly large apartment (1446 sqft for 2 bed/2 bath apt), if you like football it's close to the stadium, nice area so you don't have to worry about your car getting broken into.

Very nice neighborhood, no crackheads, five minutes from campus
Free printing in the computer lab (lab is open 24 hours)
pool, weight room, and pool table lounge in leasing office

By the way, Ivy Chase also has:
full size washers and dryers in every apartment
a dishwasher
full size refrigerator
a patio
you get your own bathroom with a tub in it
and your closet is a walk-in closet

One of the two rooms are bigger, that's why rent for this room is $465
I live in the bigger one and it is well worth the rent
