Say you have recorded a TV program through Windows XP Media Center.
The file is now saved as a DVR-ms file.
What program would you use to convert that file into a wmv/mpeg so you would then be able to edit it?

Best freeware???

I found powercompress and think that may be the best program,,, It is like 29.99 though.. one last call for freeware...???
